Cosmic Agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the Orborynxal nebula. By drifting into our space, you agree to these terms. Those who do not accept should navigate elsewhere.
Traveler Requirements
Orborynxal welcomes only those who have orbited their sun eighteen times or reached majority in their star system. By entering, you certify meeting this requirement. We reserve the right to verify ages and restrict access accordingly.
Nature of the Nebula
Orborynxal operates as a social casino entertainment nebula. All activities utilize virtual stardust credits possessing no real-world value. True gambling does not occur within our gas clouds. Virtual credits cannot be exchanged, sold, or converted to currency or goods.
Game outcomes are determined by cosmic random algorithms designed purely for entertainment. Results have no connection to financial reality.
Traveler Conduct
Visitors to Orborynxal agree to drift peacefully. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to disrupt or exploit nebula systems
- Deploying automated probes or unauthorized software
- Impersonating other travelers or nebula guardians
- Disturbing the peaceful drift of fellow visitors
- Violating laws of any planetary jurisdiction
Nebula Property
All content within Orborynxal, including games, visuals, sounds, and text, constitutes protected nebula property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without explicit permission.
Service Conditions
Orborynxal provides services without warranties of any kind. We cannot guarantee continuous visibility, error-free operation, or suitability for specific entertainment needs. Your drift proceeds at your own discretion.
Liability Limits
Orborynxal shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from nebula use. Maximum liability shall not exceed what you paid for entry, which is nothing since our nebula is free to explore.
Term Evolution
These terms may shift as our nebula evolves. Continued presence after changes indicates acceptance. Periodic review is advisable.
